Please remember to keep your PINK copy as it serves as your Fitness Tax Credit Receipt.  For those registering ONLINE, you will recevie an Official Tax Receipt at Tax Time.
 
            

     We accept Cash, Debit, MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment.

 

Late fee of $20 will be charged starting October 1, 2011

 

Cheques will no longer be accepted starting September 19, 2011

 

Deadlines:

Registration will close December 15, 2011.  No player will be added to House League teams after this date.

 

Special Requests:

Requests for players to play with certain players or coaches WILL NOT be accepted.  Only coaches’ sons (2 max) who are one (1) year apart can play on the same team.  

 

Surcharges for Rep Players:

Players making our representative teams will be charged an additional fee to be paid to the club when the player is carded in the amount of $295.

 

Surcharges for Non-Residents:

An additional $90.00 will be charged at the time of registration.  Only players selected by REP coaches will be accepted.

 

Refunds:

The Club will only issue refunds for requests made until December 1, 2011.  All refunds are subject to compliance with club rules.  There will be a $25.00 service charge per refund.  There will be no refunds on surcharges.

 

Non-Sufficient Funds:

Upon notification of an NSF cheque (from our bank), the said player in question will be removed from our registration list.  The player must re-register at the club’s office and pay the additional service charge of $25.00.  Payment may only be made in cash,  debit or by certified cheque
